Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the entrepreneur and the holiday guest in relation to the rental of accommodation. These terms and conditions form an inseparable part of the contract.
Conclusion
A contract for the rental of accommodation is concluded by offer and acceptance. A reservation of accommodation is possible both online and by telephone. These two forms of reservation are binding for both parties.
Book online*: A contract is concluded if:
Telephone reservation: The holiday guest can also make a reservation by telephone. In the case of a telephone reservation, a contract is concluded immediately.
Withdrawal
The reservations made are irrevocably binding for the holiday guest. A right of withdrawal (the so-called rethinking break after conclusion of the contract) within the meaning of the Dutch Civil Code does not apply to services related to the rental of accommodation.

Cancellation or modification of the contract
Cancellation by the holiday guest
There are cases when one is forced to cancel the holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the holidaymaker or his/her representative is obliged to inform the entrepreneur in writing or by telephone (during normal business hours).
Cancellations or changes will in most cases incur costs.
After cancellation, the holidaymaker will receive a cancellation invoice from the entrepreneur. This invoice includes the costs of the cancellation.
Cancellation by the entrepreneur
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the entrepreneur is entitled to cancel the reservation. Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure means the following:
Changes
If a holiday guest wishes to change a contract, this is possible up to 28 days before arrival. After the change, the booking may not be cheaper than the original booking. Change costs may be charged for these changes.
Transfer of rights
If the reservation is completely transferred to a third party, the holiday guest must inform the entrepreneur in writing. Change costs may be charged for these changes.
Amounts already paid shall be deemed to have been paid by the accepting party. The transferring and the accepting party are obliged to settle this among themselves.
EARLY DEPARTURE
If you leave before the original departure date, it is not possible to refund the remaining days. You leave the holiday park before the original departure date at your own risk.
Financial provisions
Payment
Upon receipt of the statement of costs, the following costs shall be borne by:
Within 14 days: 50% of the invoice, the balance must be received by the entrepreneur 4 weeks before arrival.
If the holiday guest books within 4 weeks before arrival, the entire invoice must be paid immediately.
The total amount of the invoice must always be paid in full before arrival.
Non-payment within the payment deadline
If the entrepreneur has not received the payments on time, he is entitled to dissolve (cancel) the contract and to hold the holiday guest liable for the cancellation costs. The cancellation costs will be deducted from the amounts already paid.
LEVIES
For each guest "different taxes per person per night" are payable. This may be changed in the meantime at the direction of government authorities. You are obliged to pay the current tariff.
Obligations of the (co-)holiday guest
The Holiday Guest and the Co-Holiday Guest as well as their possible guests undertake to properly comply with all the obligations provided for in these General Terms and Conditions and in the Park Regulations.
Failure to fulfil these obligations shall be regarded as a culpably caused breach of contract, which shall result in the holiday guest's obligation to pay damages to the entrepreneur. In addition, this gives the entrepreneur the right to terminate the contract.
(Use of) Accommodation
Condition of accommodation and type of use
The accommodation is provided to the (co-)holiday guest in good condition. If the (co-)holiday guest is of the opinion that this is not the case, he is obliged to inform Holiday-NL immediately.
The holiday guest is obliged to handle the accommodation and the associated facilities with care. The tenant leaves the rented property in a tidy condition on departure.
Complaints
If a guest has a complaint during his stay in the park, he can send it to the company Pure Vacation B.V. in order to give the entrepreneur, the opportunity to remedy this complaint. If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the complaint can be made in writing to the quality department at accounting@holiday-nl.com or by post to Pure Vacation B.V., Kapellerpoort 1, 6041 HZ Roermond up to two weeks after returning home. , be directed. The complaint, if applicable the booking number, the contact details of the guest and any other information that may be useful for the entrepreneur in dealing with the complaint must be indicated.
DEPOSIT AND SETTLEMENT
In connection with the final inspection* of the accommodation, a deposit of € 100.00 will be charged for all our bookings. The company Pure Vacation B.V. is entitled at any time to offset any claims (e.g. outstanding items, fines and damages) against the guest and fellow travellers covered by the contract, for whatever reason, against the amounts paid by them, including the deposit.
If necessary, an additional invoice shall be submitted.
The deposit or balance will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure, provided that the accommodation is left in accordance with our (cleaning) instructions and there are no (damage) amounts to be paid. The return of the deposit does not waive any claims for damages or compensation of any kind. The right to a refund of the deposit expires one year after departure.

Liability
Liability of the holiday guest
During his stay, the holiday guest is liable for the damage caused during his stay to the accommodation, the furnishings and all things belonging to the booked accommodation, regardless of who caused the damage. The settlement of this damage takes place in the first instance between the provider of the accommodation and the holiday guest.
Use and return of keys, cards, etc.
In case of loss of keys/cards etc. the costs will be charged. (For keys this is an amount of 115,00 €). It is not permitted to pass on keys and/or ID cards that are in use to persons other than (co-)holiday guests.
Miscellaneous
Contact details of the guest
The holiday guest is responsible for providing the correct contact details and must immediately notify the entrepreneur of any change in his contact details.
Parkordnung
Together with the general terms and conditions that apply to the contract between the holiday guest and the entrepreneur, the park regulations form a whole. Proper compliance with the park regulations ensures the safety of our guests. We therefore hope for your cooperation and understanding.
All terms used in the Park Regulations correspond to the definitions in the General Terms and Conditions.
Arrival and departure
The time from which the accommodation is available is indicated in the arrival information.
Visitor
Visitors are welcome and should report to the park's reception upon arrival. They are expected to have left the park before 23:00. A deviation from this regulation is only possible with the consent of the park manager.
The guests of the holiday guest must comply with the same conditions and rules as the holiday guest. The holiday guest must ensure that his guests are aware of the rules relevant to them, which are contained in the General Terms and Conditions and the Resort Regulations.
Energy (water/electricity)
Depending on the park and even depending on the type of campsite, there may be different maximum currents. When booking a pitch, it is shown how much electricity is available. The guest must ensure that the electrical equipment used does not exceed this amount.
In the event of a power failure, the guest first checks his own fuses and the fuse in the control cabinet before calling the field service/service. In the event of a power failure, the electrical appliances must be switched off unless they are switched off automatically.
It is not permitted to draw electricity from toilet buildings or other (public) buildings or objects such as lampposts.
It is not allowed to charge an electric car, except in the designated parking lots. Violation of this rule may result in possible withholding of the deposit.
Use of the accommodation
Each accommodation has its own personal equipment. It is not allowed to take the property's furniture outside. (Garden) Furniture may not be moved to other accommodations.
The guest is obliged to keep the accommodation and its immediate surroundings clean and tidy. Waste must always be deposited in the appropriate containers or waste containers.
If the guest is not present at the accommodation, all loose items such as bicycles, toys, etc. around the accommodation must be tidied up, stowed away and out of sight. Bicycles are not allowed to be leaned against the property.
It is not permitted to set up marquees near accommodation (including campsites) without the permission of the park manager or security personnel.
Drones are not allowed without the permission of the park manager or security personnel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in all chalets. Please pay attention to the text in the advertisements.
SWIM
Parents and/or guardians must ensure that children who cannot swim wear swimming rings and/or a life jacket. An adult must always supervise. Swimming in the lakes is not allowed in Belgium.
(Night) Peace and harassment
Guests of the park must behave properly and refrain from anything that could reasonably be perceived as causing a public nuisance or nuisance to the entrepreneur or other guests.
Between 11.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. the night's rest must be observed. Guests must strictly observe the rest periods at night. This also includes no loud conversations, music or other noises. Motorized vehicles may not be used during this time.
It is not permitted to use music carriers, musical instruments and other objects that cause or may cause noise nuisance in such a way as to cause nuisance. By accepting a complaint from another guest, the harassment is basically present.
Public drinking is prohibited, a guest is not allowed to carry open bottles and/or cans ofalcoholic beverages outside the property, except on the terrace belonging to the property".
Most parks also have a security service. Instructions of the staff (including the security service) must be followed immediately.
Maintenance and cleaning work/malfunctions
The entrepreneur/park operator reserves the right to carry out (or have carried out) (cleaning) work around the accommodation from 08.00 am.
Urgent disturbances reported to Pure Vacation or the reception of the park will be resolved as soon as possible.
The entrepreneur is entitled at any time to enter the rented accommodation for inspection and/or to carry out maintenance work or have it carried out, without the guest being entitled to a full or partial refund of the (rent) amounts paid or still to be paid. In addition, the entrepreneur has the right to temporarily shut down buildings and facilities for maintenance work, without the guest being entitled to full or partial reimbursement of the (rent) amounts paid or still to be paid. The entrepreneur must announce such a visit in good time. In urgent cases, the entrepreneur may refrain from such notification.
Park
In general, one motor vehicle is allowed per accommodation unless otherwise stated.
Motor vehicles of visitors are not allowed. The park /entrepreneur reserves the right to change the parking regulations applicable in a park.
Security
The guest is obliged to immediately comply with all traffic and safety regulations as well as the instructions of the staff.
With regard to disasters and supplies (by emergency services), paths, access roads and barriers must always remain free of motor vehicles and other obstacles.
Distance from site/denial of access
All guests are obliged to strictly comply with the rules and regulations contained in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Park Regulations and to strictly follow the instructions of the employees of the Park/Company and/or the security personnel present in any form and in any context whatsoever. This also applies to the rules of use of the facilities.
In case of violation of these conditions and rules, as well as in case of non-compliance with the instructions of the staff, the Park/Entrepreneur has the right to expel the Guest from the Park and deny further access to the Park, without the Holiday Guest being entitled to a full or partial refund and/or discount on the (rent) amounts paid or still to be paid, without prejudice to the right of the entrepreneur to claim compensation for the damage caused by the injury. In general, a warning will be issued first. In urgent cases, it may be waived at the discretion of the park/entrepreneur and the guest will be immediately expelled and denied access to the park. The entrepreneur reserves the right to demand an additional deposit from the holiday guest in the event of a (first) warning. If this additional deposit is not paid immediately, the entrepreneur has the right to expel the guest who received the warning from the park and deny him access to the resort.
Unforeseen cases
In cases not regulated by the General Terms and Conditions or these Park Regulations, Dutch law applies.
BOOKING COVID-19
When making a booking, you should keep in mind that COVID-19 measures may be in place. This means that we follow government guidelines and that additional measures are taken in the holiday parks if necessary. It is possible that the parks use adjusted opening hours and that hardly any or no facilities are open. A change in facilities or opening hours due to these restrictions is not a valid reason for cancelling your booking free of charge.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts concluded, amended or supplemented on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Dutch law, unless another law applies due to mandatory legal provisions.
