  1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
    Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
  2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations with PURE within their own city.
     Please contact us if you would like to book in your own city.
  3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in communal areas (e.g. corridors).
     Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
  4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.
  6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
  7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
  8. Noise level measurement systems can be installed in homes to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance can be installed in public areas.
  9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage, contamination or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage, soiling or loss to our customer service immediately.
  10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
